Rates & Insurance
Therapy is an investment in long-term emotional stability and meaningful relational change.
RATES
I meet with clients 1 - 3 times per week online via a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
We will start by meeting for 50-minutes each session. Together, we may decide to extend our sessions to 80 or 110 minutes to provide you with more care around sensitive themes that may arise during our work.
110 minute session: 365
80 minute session: 265
50 minute session: 165
Payment forms accepted: FSA and HSA cards, major credit cards, debit cards
CANCELLATION POLICY
In lieu of a cancellation policy, I have what is called a consistency policy. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment (for any reason), the first step is to reschedule. If you are unable to reschedule, you are given four free skips each year that you may use. If you are unable to reschedule and are out of your four free skips, then the missed appointment fee is charged, which is the full rate of the scheduled session.
INSURANCE
You may submit claims to your insurance for financial reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits; learn more here. I can help you navigate the process for receiving this benefit, but I do not work directly with insurance and cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You can ask for an estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
For questions or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact me prior to your appointment.
