Investment
Investing in therapy is an act of self-loyalty. Possibly the first one you've allowed yourself in a long time.
RATES
Depth-oriented therapy is grounded in regular, ongoing work. Weekly sessions are required, and some clients elect to meet twice weekly for a more immersive and sustained therapeutic process.
All appointments are held online via a HIPAA-compliant video platform.
110 minute session: 365
80 minute session: 265
50 minute session: 165
Payment forms accepted: FSA and HSA cards, major credit cards, debit cards
CONSISTENCY POLICY
Depth-oriented therapy depends on consistency. Your weekly session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, the full session fee applies and will remain on your account as a credit toward a rescheduled session. This structure helps protect the steadiness the work requires.
INSURANCE
You may submit claims to your insurance for financial reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits; learn more here. I can help you navigate the process for receiving this benefit, but I do not work directly with insurance and cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. You can ask for an estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
For questions or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact me prior to your appointment.
