Therapy for women ready to reconnect with their authentic self

Jump to:  Sessions · Fees · Contact

Therapy with me is a place where your depth and inner world are met. There’s no pressure to do therapy “right.” Wherever you are, that’s where we begin.

I work with women who feel unseen in their relationships. They often feel guilty saying no and responsible for everyone else’s emotions - but lost when it comes to their own. If you’re not a woman and you resonate with my work, I’d love to connect too.

You may be wondering if this is the best time to invest in therapy. It’s a thought worth sitting with. You can find more information on the commitment involved below.

The Session

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Choose the experience that feels right for you.

50 minutes

A full session — enough time to go somewhere real. For women beginning the process or who find comfort in a contained, consistent frame. This is where most clients start, and some decide that they would like two 50-minute sessions each week.

80 minutes

A little more room to arrive. To let the defenses settle. More spaciousness — less rushing, more room to breathe. We can talk about heavier topics with enough time to process and ground before closing.

100 minutes

A sanctuary. Time to soften into yourself before anything is asked of you. To go deep and come back slowly — without watching the clock, without bracing for the end. For women who want the session itself to feel like a full exhale.

Sessions are held weekly.

Twice a week is available for women who would like to deepen their experience.

  • You may be eligible to receive financial reimbursement through your insurance plan if you have out-of-network benefits. I am able to walk you through this process, but I do not work with insurance directly.

  • Your session time is held exclusively for you each week. Sessions are billed whether attended or not — so you can trust that space will always be yours. If you are unable to attend a session, the fee will act as a credit on your account that may be used towards a rescheduled appointment.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
