Have you talked through your past until you know it by heart, but still feel it living in your relationships?
Do you understand why you do what you do, but can't seem to actually change it?
Are you ready for a therapy that flips the script — that shows you how to embrace the parts of you that you’ve been trying to get rid of and stops them from taking over?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is a doorway into a connected, confident relationship with yourself and others.
What is Internal Family Systems Therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a strengths-based approach to therapy that believes we have multiple parts of ourselves rather than one single version of ourself.
For instance, you may have a part of you that is aware of everyone’s emotions, a part that shuts down during conflict, or a part that tries to manage all the things.
How IFS Therapy Helps
As an IFS therapist, I help you learn how to trust yourself and develop a compassionate relationship with yourself - that can last for decades.
With this ability, you’ll also be able to understand and approach your relationships with a mindset that allows you to deeply connect with others.
